Bronc busting and ballet, horse racing and history, cow punching and modeling, plus a determined woman's desperate battle to save her land from a government agency. All these contrasting things have played a partin the lives of the Hill Family of southwestern New Mexico. Frank and Rita Hill purchased the ghost town of Shakespeare in 1935. Since then, Frank and Rita and later their daughter, Janaloo and her husband, Manny Hough, have struggled to preserve this historic site. in spite of droughts, near range wars, hard times and even a disastrous fire, this unusual family is still at work.
